Gosod ac Amnewid Cetris Label

Use the dedicated MakeID label cartridge that integrates labels and carbon ribbons.

The MakeID dedicated label cartridge features RFID smart recognition technology. When used with the printer and  MakeID label software, it automatically identifies the label model and matches the corresponding label template.

Please follow these steps when installing or replacing the label cartridge.

1. Press the cover release button to open the compartment
   
2. Remove the label cartridge
   
3. Gosodwch y cetris newydd
   
4. Push down the cartridge to the slot
   
5. Secure the cover until it latches
   

Nodyn:
Place the label to the exit before closing the cover.

Cysylltwch â'r argraffydd

1. Trowch Bluetooth y ffôn ymlaen.
2. Agorwch yr app.
3. Pwer ar yr argraffydd.
4.  Tapiwch eicon yr argraffydd in the upper-right
   corner of the app screen to connect to the printer.
   The Bluetooth name of the printer is its serial number (SN code). The SN code can be found on the bottom of the printer.
   

Argraffwch y label

1.  Edit your printing.
2.  Press the ‘Print’ button at the bottom of the screen to proceed with printing.

Print From PC

1. Download the “MakeID Label Design” software from the websafle:
   https://www.makeid.com/support
2. Install the software on the computer.
3. Connect the printer to your computer via the USB cable.
4. Pwer ar yr argraffydd.
5. Open the software and edit your printing.
6. Press the ‘Print’ button to proceed with printing.

Printer Controls and Status

1. Pŵer Ymlaen / Diffodd: Gwasg hir   for 3 seconds to power on/off the printer.
2. Arddangosfa Sgrin:
   1. Mae Bluetooth wedi'i gysylltu
   2. USB is Connected
   3. Batri
   4. Argraffydd yn barod
      
3. Label Alignment:
   When in Ready state, press and the printer will adjust the label alignment, and feed out one or more labels.
4. Print Self-Test Label
   When in Ready state, long press  for 3 seconds to print the self-test label.
5. Gosod Argraffydd
   When in Ready state, press  to enter the settings menu, and press it again to toggle options. In the settings menu, press to set printer parameters.
6. Settings include the followings:
   

   Gosodiad	Disgrifiad
   Print densit	Higher number for denser prints whilst lower for lighter. Adjust the print density accordingly to meet your needs. Tips: Recommended print density: 10-14, too high or too low may affect print quality.
   Iaith	Select the printer’s display language.
   Auto power-off timer	Auto power-off timer if no operations are performed.

7. Print Pause/Cancel
   The display screen shows real-time printing progress during printing operation. Press to pause immediately. Long press II for 3 seconds to cancel the print task while paused.
8. Hysbysiad Gwall
   If an error occurs, the print software and printer screen will show error messages. Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem. If the problem persists, contact MakeID  at:makeidpro_service@makeid.com

Dylid glanhau pen print pan fydd unrhyw un o'r amodau canlynol yn digwydd:

4. Dilynwch y camau isod i lanhau'r pen print:
   1. Power off the printer, open the top cover and remove the label cartridge.
   2. Wait til the print head cools down completely if printing has just been completed.
   3. Use soft cotton cloth dipped in anhydrous ethanol (should be wrung out) to wipe off the print head surface dust and stains.
   4. Wait 3-5 minutes for the anhydrous ethanol to fully evaporate before installing the label cartridge.

The printer should be kept away from direct sunlight or the rain, heaters and other heat-generating devices, dashboards, the rear of the cars, nor exposed to extremely high or low temperatures, high humidity, or dusty areas. It is recommended to use the printer at a temperature of 0°C-40°C, humidity 5%-15% to ensure a good printing effect and prevent the printhead from being bumt.
10. If there is a large temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, it is not recommended to use the printer immediately when it is taken from outdoors to indoors. It needs to be left to stand for a period of time to ensure that the printer is frost-free before use

17.  Do not touch the printhead to avoid burns because the printhead is still in a high-temperature state after the printings have just finished

    d. Printhead can be only cleaned with anhydrous alcohol
