Plug in your device, download the free Awair app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, ensure your device's Bluetooth is ON, and follow the in-app instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
If you encounter connection difficulties, perform a power cycle by unplugging the device from the wall outlet for 20 seconds and then try again. Also, ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network, as 5GHz networks are not currently supported by all Awair devices.
On the back of the device, right next to the power connector, press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds until you see a new passcode and a blue LED light appear on the display. This will delete all local information saved on the device.
