1. Position the Spear: Slide the hay spear frame over the lip of your tractor or skid steer bucket. Ensure the frame sits flush against the bucket.
2. Secure with Chain: Pull the 60" chain over the top of the bucket. Connect the chain to the chain tightener (ratchet) and then to the knuckle on the front of the hay spear frame.
3. Tynhau: Use the chain tightener to secure the hay spear firmly to the bucket. Ensure there is no slack in the chain and the attachment is stable.
