When the monitored door or window is opened, or the external contact circuit is broken, the sensor transmits a signal to your security system, triggering an alarm or notification based on your system's programming.
- Cyflwr Arferol: When the door/window is closed, the sensor and magnet are in close proximity, and the external contact (if used) is closed. The sensor is in a secure, non-alarm state.
- Cyflwr Larwm: When the door/window is opened, causing the sensor and magnet to separate, or when the external contact is opened, the sensor immediately transmits an alarm signal to your security panel.

- Glanhau: To clean the sensor, gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray directly onto the device, as this may damage the electronics or finish.

When the battery level is low, your security system will typically indicate a low battery condition for the sensor. Ensure correct polarity.
