2.1 Access Modes

• Olion Bysedd: Supports up to 100 unique fingerprint accesses.
• Keypad/Password: Accommodates up to 100 user passwords.
• Cerdyn RFID: Allows up to 100 unique RFID card accesses.
• Built-in Wi-Fi Key: Enables mobile application access for remote control.
• Allweddi Mecanyddol: Includes 2 user keys for emergency access.

2.2 Smart Technologies

• Mynediad Clyfar: Facilitates remote entry by allowing an outsider to request access via the lock, which then sends a notification to the administrator's mobile phone for approval.
• Smart Password: Enhances privacy by allowing users to embed their actual password within a sequence of random numbers, preventing onlookers from discerning the correct code.
• Llais Smart: Provides clear, step-by-step voice guidance during user setup, password configuration, and function activation. It also delivers voice notifications regarding operational modes or incorrect usage.
• Smart Freeze: Activates after multiple incorrect access attempts, temporarily freezing the lock's function for over 5 minutes to deter unauthorized entry.

4. Gosod

4.1 Gosod

Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure proper functionality and security. Refer to the included installation template and hardware for precise fitting and door preparation. Ensure the door thickness is between 35-60 mm.

4.2 Ffurfweddiad Cychwynnol

1. Cyflenwad Pŵer: Insert 4 AA batteries into the internal lock body. The lock also supports Micro USB for emergency power.
2. Lawrlwytho Ap: Download the 'Hafele Smart Living App' from your device's app store (available on Android and iOS).
3. Paru Dyfais: Follow the in-app instructions to pair the lock with your mobile device via Wi-Fi.
4. Gosod Gweinyddwr: Configure the initial administrator fingerprint, password, and RFID card as guided by the app or voice prompts.

5.1 Accessing the Lock

• Olion Bysedd: Place your registered finger flat on the fingerprint sensor until the lock unlocks.
• Keypad/Password: Enter your registered numeric password followed by the '#' key.
• Cerdyn RFID: Present your registered RFID card to the designated card reader area on the lock.
• Cais Symudol: Open the Hafele Smart Living App and select the unlock function for your device.
• Allwedd Mecanyddol: Insert the mechanical key into the hidden keyhole and turn to unlock in emergency situations.

5.2 Types of Passwords

• Cyfrinair Parhaol: Standard passwords used by regular occupants for continuous access.
• Period Password: Time-limited passwords generated for guests, valid for a specified duration (e.g., hours or days).
• Cyfrinair Dynamig: One-time use passwords valid for a very short period (e.g., 5 minutes), ideal for temporary access by delivery personnel or service providers.

5.3 Locking Modes

• Auto Locking Mode: The lock automatically engages the deadbolt approximately 2 seconds after the door is closed.
• Modd Teithiau: This mode keeps the door unlocked, allowing free entry and exit without requiring credentials. It can be activated or deactivated via the mobile app or specific keypad sequence.
• Privacy Locking Mode: When activated from the inside, this mode disables all external access methods, ensuring complete privacy. Entry is only possible from the inside by twisting the internal knob.

• Glanhau: Wipe the lock surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish and electronic components.
• Amnewid Batri: Monitor battery levels through the app or lock indicators. Replace all 4 AA batteries simultaneously when low to ensure optimal performance.
• Gofal Synhwyrydd: Keep the fingerprint sensor and keypad clean and free from dirt, dust, or moisture to ensure accurate recognition.
• Allweddi Mecanyddol: Store mechanical keys in a secure, easily accessible location outside the property for emergency use.

• Clo Ddim yn Ymateb: Check if the batteries are depleted. Replace them if necessary. If the issue persists, use the mechanical key for access and contact support.

• Materion Cysylltedd Ap: Verify your home Wi-Fi network is active and the lock is within range. Restart the Hafele Smart Living App and, if needed, the lock itself.
• Smart Freeze Activated: If the lock is unresponsive after multiple incorrect entries, the Smart Freeze feature is active. Wait for approximately 5 minutes before attempting access again.
• Locking Mechanism Stuck: Do not force the handle or mechanism. This could cause damage. Contact customer support for assistance.
