This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your GBC ShredMaster PX10-06 Super Cross-Cut Shredder. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the shredder and retain it for future reference.

The GBC ShredMaster PX10-06 is designed for home office use, providing P-4 level confidential security by shredding documents into 3/16" x 1 1/2" super cross-cut pieces. It can shred up to 10 sheets of paper simultaneously and features a 6-gallon waste bin.

4. Gosod

Dadbacio: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The shredder head is typically packed upside down inside the waste bin for shipping.
Cynulliad: Invert the shredder head and place it securely on top of the waste bin. Ensure it is properly seated.
Lleoliad: Position the shredder on a flat, stable surface. The front-facing design is optimal for placement beside a desk. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

5.1 Pweru Ymlaen/Diffodd

Locate the main power switch on the back of the shredder and turn it to the "ON" position.
On the control panel, press and hold the power button for approximately three seconds. The blue indicator light will blink. Wait for the blue light to become solid, indicating the shredder is ready for operation.
To turn off, press and hold the power button again until the light turns off, then switch off the main power switch.

5.2 Shredding Documents

Ensure the shredder is powered on and the blue indicator light is solid.
Insert up to 10 sheets of paper into the paper entry slot. The shredder will automatically start shredding.
The shredder can also shred staples and small paperclips.
Do not exceed the maximum sheet capacity to prevent jams and motor strain.
The shredder has a continuous run time of 6 minutes. After this period, it may require a cool-down period to prevent overheating.

6. cynnal

6.1 Gwagio'r Bin Gwastraff

Always turn off and unplug the shredder before emptying the waste bin.
Carefully lift the shredder head off the waste bin.
Dispose of the shredded paper. The 6-gallon bin provides ample capacity, reducing the frequency of emptying.
Replace the shredder head securely onto the waste bin.

6.2 Glanhau

With the shredder unplugged, wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.

Shredder stops during operation and will not restart immediately.	Overheating due to continuous use.	Allow the shredder to cool down for at least 30 minutes. The shredder has a 6-minute continuous run time.
Blue indicator light blinks but shredder does not operate.	Shredder is warming up or performing an internal check.	Wait for the blue indicator light to become solid before inserting paper.
