  • BNC Video Output: Connect a BNC cable from one of the VIDEO OUT (BNC) terminals on the rear panel to a compatible video input on your display.
  • RCA Video Output: Connect an RCA video cable (yellow connector) from one of the VIDEO OUT (RCA) terminals to the video input on your television or monitor.

For audio output, connect RCA audio cables (red for right, white for left) from the AUDIO L/R OUT terminals on the rear panel to the corresponding audio inputs on your television, amplifier, or audio mixer.

3. Operating the VCR Editor

3.1 Chwarae Sylfaenol

  1. Insert an S-VHS or VHS tape into the tape slot.

  • Digital Time Base Corrector (TBC): The built-in TBC stabilizes video signals, correcting timing errors and improving picture quality, especially with older or unstable source material. Activate or deactivate the TBC via the dedicated switch on the control panel.

  • Frame-by-Frame Slow Motion/Advance: Use the dedicated controls to view video in slow motion or advance frame by frame for detailed analysis or editing.
  • Mewnbwn Mic: A mini stereo microphone input is available on the front panel for direct audio recording or voice-overs. Adjust the microphone level using the MIC PHONES LEVEL rheolaeth.
