  • Cebl Pŵer (os yw wedi'i gynnwys)

2.2 Gosod Corfforol

  1. Paratowch eich Cas PC: Identify an available 5.25-inch drive bay in your computer case. Remove the front panel cover for this bay.
  2. Insert the Controller: Gently slide the FC6 PWM controller into the chosen 5.25-inch drive bay from the front of the case.
  3. Secure the Controller: Align the screw holes on the side of the controller with the screw holes in the drive bay. Use appropriate screws (typically provided with your PC case or the controller) to secure the unit firmly in place.

2.3 Gwifro Cysylltiadau

The FC6 PWM controller features four fan output headers (OUT 01-04) and a power input connector on its rear circuit board. Refer to the diagram below for connection points.

  1. Cysylltu Cefnogwyr: Connect your 4-pin PWM fans to the 'OUT 01', 'OUT 02', 'OUT 03', and 'OUT 04' headers on the back of the controller. Ensure the connectors are oriented correctly.
  2. Pwer Cysylltu: Connect the appropriate power cable from your power supply unit (PSU) to the power input connector on the FC6 PWM controller. This is typically a SATA power connector or a 4-pin Molex connector.
  3. Rheoli Ceblau: Route all cables neatly to avoid obstructing airflow or interfering with other components.

Once all connections are made, reassemble your PC case and reconnect the power supply.

3. Cyfarwyddiadau Gweithredu

The FC6 PWM controller is designed for intuitive operation with its four independent control knobs and RGB backlit screen.

3.1 Pwer Ymlaen

After installing the controller and powering on your computer, the FC6 PWM's RGB backlit screen will illuminate, indicating it is operational. The screen will display fan speed information for each channel.

3.2 Addasu Cyflymder y Ffan

Each of the four knobs corresponds to one fan channel (OUT 01-04). To adjust the speed of a connected fan:

  1. Cylchdroi clocwedd: Turn the knob clockwise to increase the fan speed.
  2. Cylchdroi Gwrthglocwedd: Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the fan speed.
  3. Turn Off Channel: Continue turning the knob counter-clockwise until the fan stops and the channel is indicated as off on the display. This allows for complete shutdown of individual fans.

The RGB backlit screen will dynamically display the current fan speed (RPM) or PWM percentage for each active channel, providing real-time feedback.

4. cynnal

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your fan speed controller.

  • Tynnu Llwch: Periodically clean the front panel and the interior of your PC case to prevent dust buildup, which can affect the controller's display and internal components. Use compressed air or a soft, dry cloth.
  • Gwiriad Cysylltiad: Occasionally check all fan and power connections to ensure they are secure. Loose connections can lead to intermittent operation or fan failure.
  • Osgoi hylifau: Keep the controller and your PC away from liquids to prevent damage.
  • Trin yn ysgafn: When adjusting knobs, do so gently. Avoid excessive force.

5. Datrys Problemau

If you encounter issues with your FC6 PWM controller, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemAchos PosiblAteb
Controller display is off / no power. No power connection or loose power cable.Ensure the power cable from the PSU is securely connected to the controller. Check PSU functionality.
Fan not spinning or not responding to knob.Fan not connected, faulty fan, or channel turned off.Check fan connection to the correct 'OUT' header. Rotate the corresponding knob clockwise to increase speed. Test with a different fan if possible.
Incorrect fan speed displayed.Fan not a 4-pin PWM fan or sensor issue.Ensure you are using 4-pin PWM fans for accurate readings. If the issue persists, the fan's RPM sensor might be faulty.

7. Awgrymiadau Defnyddiwr

  • Llif Aer Gorau posibl: Experiment with different fan speeds for your intake and exhaust fans to find the best balance between cooling performance and noise levels for your specific PC setup.
  • Monitro Tymheredd: Use system monitoring software to keep an eye on your CPU and GPU temperatures while adjusting fan speeds. This helps in understanding the impact of your adjustments.
  • Gweithrediad Tawel: For general use, setting fans to a lower speed can significantly reduce noise. Increase speeds only when performing demanding tasks like gaming or video rendering.
  • Aseiniad Sianel: Consider assigning specific fans (e.g., CPU cooler fan, case intake, case exhaust) to particular channels for easier and more organized control.
