4. Gosod
- Unpack the foot massager and all accessories from the packaging.
- Place the massager on a flat, firm floor or low-pile carpet to ensure proper airflow and stability. Avoid thick carpets that might block the vents.

Nodyn: Cooling targets the heel for soothing and cooling relief, with compression around the ankle for a gentle massage — but no kneading on the heel. Deep Kneading is designed for the forefoot, arch, and toes. Hot and cold functions cannot be used simultaneously.

- Glanhau Gorchuddion: The removable foot covers are machine-washable. Remove them from the foot chambers and wash according to fabric care instructions. Allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
