6. Gosod

6.1 Mowntio

The GEYA GPS6-VAK protector is designed for 35mm DIN rail mounting. Ensure the DIN rail is securely fastened within an electrical enclosure or distribution box.

  1. Align the device's mounting clip with the DIN rail.
  2. Press the device firmly onto the rail until the clip engages and locks it in place.
  3. Verify that the device is stable and does not wobble.

6.2 Diagram Gwifro

Connect the device according to the following single-phase wiring diagram. Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent loose contacts and potential hazards.

  • Connect the incoming Neutral (N) wire to the 'N' input terminal.
  • Connect the incoming Live (L) wire to the 'L' input terminal.
  • Connect the outgoing Neutral wire to the 'N' output terminal (Load Neutral).
  • Connect the outgoing Live wire to the 'L' output terminal (Load Live).
  • Ensure that the wire gauge is appropriate for the maximum current rating (80A for this model).

The GPS6-VAK allows for adjustment of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and reset time parameters. Refer to the digital display and control buttons for navigation and setting.

7.1 Cyrchu Gosodiadau

Pwyswch a dal y GOSOD button for a few seconds to enter the parameter setting mode. Use the Up a I lawr arrow buttons to navigate through different parameters.

7.2 Addasu Paramedrau

  1. Once in setting mode, press GOSOD to select a parameter (e.g., Overvoltage trothwy, Undervoltage threshold, Overcurrent threshold, Reset Time).

  3. Gwasgwch GOSOD again to confirm the value and move to the next parameter or exit the setting mode.
  4. If no button is pressed for a certain period, the device may automatically exit the setting mode, saving the changes.

Once installed and configured, the GEYA GPS6-VAK operates automatically to protect your electrical system. The digital display provides continuous feedback on the system's status.

8.2 Protection and Recovery

When a fault condition (overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent) is detected, the device will automatically cut off the power supply to the load to prevent damage. After the voltage or current returns to normal within the set parameters and the configured reset time has elapsed, the device will automatically restore power.

The power button can also be used for manual power on/off or to manually reset the device after a trip, if allowed by the current fault state.
