1. Gwefru'r Smartwatch

Before initial use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes 2.5-3 hours.

To unlock the full potential of your Lgnitek ET593 Smartwatch, download and install the companion application, H Band Lite, on your smartphone.

  1. Lawrlwythwch yr Ap: Chwiliwch am "H Band Lite" in the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and install it.

3. Wearing the Smartwatch

For accurate health monitoring, wear the smartwatch snugly on your wrist, about one finger's width above your wrist bone. Ensure the sensors on the back of the watch are in contact with your skin.

  • To answer a call, tap the green answer icon on the watch screen when a call comes in.

The smartwatch offers comprehensive health monitoring features. For best results, ensure the watch is worn correctly and your skin is clean and dry.

ECG and HRV Measurement

The smartwatch can perform Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurements. These features provide insights into your heart health.

  1. Navigate to the ECG or HRV function on your smartwatch.
  2. Place your finger on the electrode button (usually on the side or bezel) as instructed on the screen. Remain still during the measurement.
  3. The results will be displayed on the watch and synchronized with the H Band Lite app for detailed analysis.

Body Composition and Blood Component Monitoring

The smartwatch can estimate body composition metrics (like BMI) and monitor blood components such as uric acid and lipids.

  1. Access the Body Composition or Blood Components function on your watch.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions, which may involve specific postures or contact with electrodes.
  3. View your results on the watch or in the H Band Lite app for detailed insights.

Perform a quick check of multiple health indicators simultaneously:

4. Moddau Chwaraeon

The Lgnitek ET593 Smartwatch supports over 120 professional sports modes, including running, swimming, team sports, and more. Select your desired activity from the sports menu to track real-time data such as calories burned, distance, and heart rate.

5. Cynorthwyydd Llais AI

Utilize the integrated AI Voice Assistant for convenient voice commands. Access it from the menu to perform tasks like making calls, checking the weather, or asking for information.

6. Hysbysiadau Neges

Receive notifications from your smartphone directly on your smartwatch. This includes SMS, social media alerts, and other app notifications. Ensure notification permissions are granted in the H Band Lite app and your phone settings.

8. SOS Emergency Call Function

The smartwatch features an SOS emergency call function. You can configure emergency contacts in the H Band Lite app.

  1. In the H Band Lite app, go to "My Page" > "My Device" > "Contacts".
  2. Add emergency contacts to the list.
  3. To activate SOS, long-press the side button on your smartwatch. The watch will then attempt to call your designated emergency contacts.
