The BENTSAI BT-HH6205BL is a portable inkjet printer designed for industrial applications, featuring a 4.3-inch HD capacitive touchscreen and an ergonomic handle for extended use. Key components include:
- Arddangosfa sgrin gyffwrdd: For navigating menus and creating print jobs.
- Pen Argraffu: Located at the bottom, where ink is dispensed.
- Botwm Pŵer: To turn the device on and off.

4.1. Codi Tâl y Dyfais
- Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the printer.

- The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge provides over 16 hours of operation.
- Disconnect the charger once fully charged or before use.
4.2. Installing the Ink Cartridge

- Carefully remove the protective cap from the BB22B ink cartridge.

4.3. Pweru Ymlaen / I ffwrdd

- Pwer i ffwrdd: Press and hold the power button until a shutdown prompt appears on the screen, then confirm.
5. Cyfarwyddiadau Gweithredu
5.1. Llywio'r Sgrin Gyffwrdd
The 4.3-inch HD capacitive touchscreen allows intuitive control. Tap icons to select functions, swipe to navigate menus, and use the on-screen keyboard for text input.
5.2. Creating a Print Job
- From the main menu, select "New Print Job" or "Edit Print Job".
- Choose the content type: Testun, Dyddiad, Amser, Logo, Cownter, neu Barcode/QR Code.
- Ar gyfer Testun: Enter your desired text using the on-screen keyboard.
- For Date/Time: Select the desired format.
- For Logo: Import images via USB (supported formats: BMP, JPEG).
- Adjust parameters such as font, size, bold/italic, alignment, and print density as needed.

- Save the print job for future use.
5.3. Proses Argraffu
- Manual Printing:
- Select the desired print job from the main menu.
- Position the printer's print head firmly and evenly against the surface to be printed.
- Press the trigger button to initiate printing while smoothly moving the printer across the surface.
- Automatic Printing (Assembly Line Integration):
- Connect a compatible photoelectric sensor to the designated port on the printer.
- In the printer settings, enable "Photoelectric Printing Mode".
- Calibrate the sensor according to the assembly line setup.
- When an item passes the sensor, the printer will automatically activate and print the selected job.
Ensure the print head is clean and the surface is suitable for printing to achieve optimal results.

When the ink level is low or the cartridge is empty:
