3. Cyfarwyddiadau Gosod
Follow these steps carefully to set up your Pro-Ject Debut EVO 2 Turntable.
3.1 Dadbacio a Lleoli
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the turntable on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and vibrations.
3.2 Platter and Drive Belt Installation
- Place the main platter onto the central spindle.
- Carefully loop the drive belt around the motor pulley and the inner rim of the platter. Ensure the belt is not twisted.

3.3 Gosod Braich Tôn a Chetris
- Slide the counterweight onto the rear of the tonearm with the numbers facing forward.
- The Pick it MM EVO cartridge is pre-mounted on the headshell. Attach the headshell to the tonearm and tighten the locking nut securely.

- Unlock the tonearm from its rest. Lift the cueing lever.
- While holding the headshell, lower the cueing lever completely. Do not let the stylus touch the platter.
- Turn the counterweight until the tonearm floats parallel to the platter. This is the balanced position.
- Once balanced, return the tonearm to its rest and lock it.
- Turn only the numbered ring of the counterweight to '0' on the center line. Do not turn the entire counterweight.
- Now, turn the entire counterweight (including the numbered ring) counter-clockwise until the desired tracking force is set (e.g., 2 grams for the Pick it MM EVO cartridge).
- Locate the anti-skating dial near the tonearm base. Set this dial to the same value as your tracking force (e.g., '2').


3.4 Dust Cover and Connections
- Attach the dust cover hinges to the turntable chassis and then carefully place the dust cover onto the hinges.
- Connect the turntable's RCA output cables to your amplifier's phono input (or a separate phono preampllewywr).
- Connect the ground wire from the turntable to your ampterfynell ddaear y lifer.
- Plug the 15V DC 0.8A power supply into the turntable and then into a wall outlet.

4.1 Chwarae Record
- Rhowch gofnod ar y plât.
- Select the correct playback speed (33 or 45 RPM) using the speed selector switch.
- Unlock the tonearm and lift it using the cueing lever.
- Carefully position the stylus over the desired groove on the record.
