This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Fanttik T1 Max Soldering Iron Kit. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product.

Always observe the following safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage to the product:
- Ensure proper ventilation when soldering to avoid inhaling fumes.

4. Gosod
4.1. Charging the Soldering Iron
Before first use, fully charge the soldering iron using the provided USB-C cable. The white light indicator will breathe while charging and stay solid white when fully charged.

4.2. Installing Soldering Tips
The Fanttik T1 Max uses C210 precision soldering tips. To install a tip:
- Rotate the tail knob of the soldering iron counter-clockwise to loosen the tip holder.
- Insert the desired C210 tip into the opening.
- Rotate the tail knob clockwise to secure the tip in place. Ensure the tip is fully seated to prevent blinking green light errors.

4.3. Assembling the Swivel Stand
Assemble the aluminum alloy base and 360° swivel stand as shown in the product diagrams. The stand provides a stable and convenient resting place for the soldering iron during use.

- 750°F (400°C)

Rotate the tail knob to select the desired temperature. The red light will breathe while heating to the set temperature.

5.3. Operating Modes: Cordless and Corded
The soldering iron supports both cordless and corded operation:
- Cordless Mode: Powered by the built-in 2600mAh battery, providing up to 60 minutes of working time at 840°F (450°C) with a maximum DC output of 11W. Ideal for portable use.
- Corded Mode: Connect the USB-C cable to a charger or power bank for continuous operation. Provides a maximum AC output of 16W.

5.4. Fast Heating and Auto Sleep Function
The T1 Max heats rapidly, reaching tinning temperature in as fast as 7 seconds. It features an intelligent gravity sensing auto-sleep mode:
- If the soldering iron remains still for 15 seconds, it will enter sleep mode (green light breathing).
- Picking up the iron will automatically restart heating to the previously set temperature.

5.5. Light Indications
The LED indicator provides important status information:
- Golau Coch:
- Anadlu: Heating to set-up temperature.
- Quick Blink: Low power, needs charging.
- Golau Gwyrdd:
- Anadlu: Soldering iron is in sleep mode.
- Quick Blink: Soldering tip is not installed properly.
- Aros ymlaen: Heating completed.
- Golau Gwyn:
- Anadlu: Soldering iron is charging.
- Aros ymlaen: Soldering iron is full of charged.

6.1. Cleaning Soldering Tips
Regularly clean soldering tips to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Use the provided sponges (dampened with water) to wipe off excess solder and oxidation from the tip.
6.2. Storing Soldering Tips
The aluminum alloy base features an enclosed compartment for storing soldering tips. Press the compartment to pop it open and store tips securely.

Wipe the body of the soldering iron and stand with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
