3. Filtration Process

The BePURE HNC 5G employs an 8-stage filtration system to ensure high-quality drinking water:

  1. Stage 1: Pre Filter - Removes larger suspended particles like sand, silt, and rust.
  2. Stage 2: Hidlydd Gwaddod - Further removes fine suspended particles.
  3. Stage 3: Hidlydd Carbon - Absorbs chlorine, organic chemicals, and unpleasant tastes and odors.
  4. Stage 4: Pilen RO - Removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, and other contaminants.
  5. Stage 5: Pilen UF - Filters out bacteria, viruses, and cysts.
  6. Stage 6: TDS Regulator - Adjusts the Total Dissolved Solids level to maintain essential minerals.
  7. Stage 7: Alkaline Module - Balances the pH level of the water, making it alkaline and mineralized.
  8. Stage 8: UV System - Provides final disinfection by inactivating bacteria and viruses.

5. Cyfarwyddiadau Gweithredu

  1. After installation, open the water inlet valve.
  2. Allow the storage tanks to fill completely. This may take some time.
  3. Flush the system by dispensing and discarding the first few liters of purified water to remove any residual impurities from new filters.
  4. Plug in the power cord. The Smart LED Display will illuminate.

  • Normal Purified Water: Use the designated tap for ambient temperature purified water.
  • Dŵr poeth: Activate the hot water function using the control panel or button. Place your cup under the hot water dispenser. Hot water will be dispensed at 80-90 degrees Celsius.
  • Dŵr Oer: Activate the cold water function. Place your cup under the cold water dispenser. Cold water will be dispensed at 15-20 degrees Celsius. Note that the cold water flow rate is slower (1.5 liters per hour) compared to hot water.

The Smart LED Display provides real-time information on the purifier's status, including filtration progress, water levels, and filter replacement indicators. Refer to the display for operational feedback and maintenance alerts.

If you encounter issues with your water purifier, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Dim llif dŵr: Check if the water inlet valve is open, the power supply is connected, and the water pressure is adequate. Ensure tanks are not empty.
