  • Always read and understand the entire manual before operating the air jack.
  • Never exceed the rated load capacity of 3 Ton (6600 lbs).

Before operating the VEVOR Air Jack, ensure you have an air compressor capable of providing the required working pressure (0.8-1.0 MPa / 117.57 PSI).

  1. Unpack the air jack and inspect it for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  2. Ensure all connections on the air jack's control valve are secure.
  3. Connect your air compressor hose to the inflation port on the air jack's control valve.

Follow these steps carefully for safe and effective lifting and lowering of a vehicle.

  3. Lift the Vehicle: With the red exhaust valve closed, open the green inflation valve to allow compressed air to enter the air bag. The jack will begin to lift the vehicle. Monitor the lifting process closely.
  4. Reach Desired Height: Once the vehicle reaches the desired height, close the green inflation valve.
  5. Secure with Jack Stands: Immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points. Ensure the vehicle is stable on the jack stands before proceeding.
  6. Gostyngwch y Cerbyd: To lower the vehicle, slowly open the red exhaust valve. The air will release from the bag, and the jack will lower. Once the vehicle is fully supported by the jack stands or on the ground, remove the air jack.
