Gosod Batri: Locate the battery compartment on one of the earcups. Insert the required batteries (refer to product packaging for battery type and installation). Ensure correct polarity.
Addasu'r Band Pen: Extend or retract the headband slides to ensure a snug but comfortable fit over your ears. The earcups should fully cover your ears to maximize noise reduction.
Antena: Extend the antenna for optimal radio reception.

Arolygiad: Before each use, inspect the glasses for any scratches, cracks, or damage to the lenses or frame. Do not use if damaged.
Ffit: Place the glasses on your face, ensuring the lenses cover your eyes completely and the temple arms rest comfortably over your ears. The integrated nosepiece should provide a stable fit.
