The light will turn on when motion is detected and remain on for approximately 30 seconds after motion ceases, then turn off to conserve power.

5.3 Manual ON/OFF Switch
The unit includes a manual ON/OFF switch, typically located near the solar panel or on the side of the light housing. Use this switch to manually turn the light on or off, overriding the automatic motion sensing function if desired.
