5. Gosod a Gosod
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and reliable operation of the motor controller. Refer to the wiring diagram below and follow these steps:
- Batri datgysylltu: Before starting, ensure the vehicle's battery pack is completely disconnected to prevent electrical shock or damage.
- Rheolydd Mowntio: Securely mount the controller in a location that allows for adequate ventilation and protection from physical damage.
- Cysylltiadau Gwifro: Carefully connect all wires according to the provided wiring diagram. Pay close attention to polarity for battery (B+, B-) and motor (A1, A2, F1, F2) connections. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Cysylltiad Throttle: Connect the throttle input wires to the appropriate terminals. The controller is pre-set for a 5K-0Ω throttle.
- Cysylltiadau Ategol: Connect any auxiliary components such as the keyswitch, interlocks, and pedal microswitch as shown in the diagram.
- Gwirio Cysylltiadau: Double-check all wiring against the diagram before reconnecting the battery.
- Batri Ailgysylltu: Once all connections are verified, carefully reconnect the battery pack.

6. Cyfarwyddiadau Gweithredu
The controller is factory-set to 48V / 325A / 5K-0Ω throttle. For basic operation, no further adjustments are typically needed if your vehicle matches these specifications.
6.1 Pŵer Cychwynnol
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed and the battery is connected.
- Turn the vehicle's keyswitch to the ON position.
- Slowly depress the accelerator pedal to test motor response. The vehicle should move smoothly.
6.2 Parameter Adjustment
The controller's parameters, such as acceleration, High Pedal Disable (HPD), voltage, plugging, and throttle input type, can be adjusted using a Curtis 1313-3301 handheld programmer. This allows for customization to suit specific vehicle requirements or different throttle inputs (e.g., 8 other throttle inputs).
Nodyn: If your motor controller is not 48V / 5K-0Ω / 200A (or 300A), or if you are unsure about compatibility, please consult a qualified technician or contact customer support before making any modifications.
7. cynnal
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your motor controller:
- Cadw'n Lân: Periodically clean the exterior of the controller to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Archwilio Cysylltiadau: Regularly check all electrical connections for tightness and corrosion. Loose or corroded connections can lead to overheating and poor performance.
- Gwirio Wiring: Inspect wiring for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Replace damaged wires immediately.
- Awyru: Ensure the controller's mounting location allows for proper airflow to prevent overheating.
- Diogelu'r Amgylchedd: While the controller is IP65 rated, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme moisture or direct water spray if possible.
8. Datrys Problemau
