  1. Paratowch y Sylfaen: Place the heavy-duty steel base plate on a stable, flat, and clean workbench.

  3. Attach Magnetic Components: Place the magnetic helping hands, magnifying lamp, soldering iron holder, hot air gun frame, and PCB circuit board holder onto the steel base. Their magnetic bases allow for flexible positioning.
  4. Connect Magnifying Lamp: Plug the USB cable of the 5X LED magnifying lamp into a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
  5. Assemble PCB Holder: If not already assembled, insert the PCB pillars into the base of the PCB circuit board holder. The clamps can be adjusted to fit your circuit board.
  6. Diogelu ESD: If working with static-sensitive components, wear the anti-static wrist strap and connect its clip to a grounded point on your workstation or the steel base.

4.1 Using the Helping Hands

The two adjustable gooseneck arms with alligator clips can be positioned anywhere on the steel base. Use them to securely hold wires, small components, or other items that require stability during soldering or assembly. The rubber sleeves on the clips prevent damage to delicate surfaces.

4.2 Using the PCB Circuit Board Holder

Place your circuit board between the adjustable clamps of the PCB holder. Slide the clamps to secure the board firmly. The holder allows for 360° rotation, enabling you to access all sides of the PCB without repositioning your hands. The four PCB pillars provide additional support for larger boards.

4.3 Using the 5X LED Magnifying Lamp

Once connected to power, use the inline controller to turn the lamp on/off, adjust the brightness (10 levels), and change the color temperature (warm, cool, natural light). Position the flexible gooseneck arm to direct the 5X magnifying glass and light precisely over your work area for detailed inspection and soldering.

4.4 Utilizing the Silicone Soldering Mat

The silicone mat provides a heat-resistant and anti-static work surface. Use the integrated scale ruler for measurements, the various compartments for organizing small components and screws, and the magnetic areas to prevent tiny metal parts from rolling away. The mat is designed to withstand high temperatures from soldering and hot air guns.

4.5 ESD Safety

The silicone mat is ESD safe, and an anti-static wrist strap is included. Always wear the wrist strap and connect it to a grounded point when handling static-sensitive electronic components to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge.
