Carefully unpack the UPS and inspect it for any shipping damage. If any damage is found, do not operate the unit and contact your dealer.

5.3 Cold Start Function

The Cold Start function allows you to power on the UPS and connected devices using only battery power, even when there is no utility power available. To activate, ensure the UPS is off and not connected to utility power, then press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds. The UPS will power on and supply battery power to the outlets.

5.4 Smart USB Interface

Connect the UPS to your computer via the USB port to enable power management features. This allows for real-time monitoring of UPS status, automatic shutdown of your computer during extended power outages, and configuration of various settings. Refer to the software documentation for detailed instructions.

6.2 Self-Diagnostic Function

The UPS performs a self-diagnostic test automatically upon power-on. This test checks the internal components and battery status. If an issue is detected, an alarm may sound, and an error code might be displayed on the LCD. Refer to the Troubleshooting section for common error codes.
