4.3 Frequency Synchronization
The Satellite-SMHT-100 system utilizes 100 user-selectable UHF frequencies to avoid interference. To synchronize the transmitter and receiver:
- Power on both the receiver and the transmitter.
- On the receiver, select a desired group and channel using the control buttons. The display will show the selected frequency.
- Align the IR (Infrared) windows of the receiver and transmitter. Press the IR sync button on the receiver (if available, or follow specific model instructions for IR sync). The receiver will transmit the frequency information to the transmitter.
- Once synchronized, the RF indicator on the receiver should illuminate, indicating a successful connection.
