2. Gosod a Gosod
Proper setup is crucial for optimal performance and safety. Ensure all components are present and undamaged before proceeding.
2.1 Dadbacio
Carefully remove the air conditioner and all accessories from the packaging. Keep the packaging for storage or if the unit needs to be transported. Note that for renewed products, accessories may not be original but are guaranteed to be compatible and fully functional.

Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 20 inches (50 cm) of space around the unit for proper airflow. The unit should be positioned near a window for exhaust hose installation and a 120V electrical outlet.

- For best results, apply the provided foam sealing tape around the window kit and window sills to create an airtight seal. This prevents air leakage and improves cooling efficiency.

2.4 Cysylltiad Pibell Exhaust
Connect the flexible exhaust hose to the unit and to the window kit adapter. Ensure the hose is securely attached at both ends to prevent hot air from escaping into the room. The hose should be as short and straight as possible to maximize efficiency.
2.5 Gosod Draenio
The unit collects condensed water during operation. You have two options for water drainage:
- Tanc Mewnol: The unit will collect water in an internal tank and automatically stop operation when the tank is full, indicating it needs to be drained manually.
- Draenio Parhaus: For continuous operation without manual draining, connect a drainage hose (not included) to the designated drainage outlet at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose leads to a suitable container or floor drain, positioned lower than the unit's drainage outlet for gravity flow.
To drain the internal tank, locate the small hose with a plug at the bottom rear of the unit. Place a shallow pan or bucket beneath it, remove the plug, and allow the water to drain. Replace the plug securely after draining.
