Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance. This combination system is designed for creating custom signs, decals, and heat transfers for apparel.

4. Cyfarwyddiadau Gosod
4.1. Vinyl Cutter Setup
- Dadbacio: Carefully remove the vinyl cutter and all components from the packaging.

4.2. Heat Press Setup
- Dadbacio: Remove the heat press from its packaging.
- Lleoliad: Place the heat press on a sturdy, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the machine for ventilation and safe operation.
- Cysylltiad Pwer: Plug the heat press power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Cyfarwyddiadau Gweithredu
5.1. Vinyl Cutter Operation
- Gosod Meddalwedd: Install the VinylMaster Cut software using the provided license key. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Deunydd Llwytho: Place your vinyl material onto the cutter's feed rollers. Adjust the pinch rollers to hold the material firmly without creasing. Ensure the material is straight.
- Setting Origin: Move the cutter head to your desired starting point on the vinyl. Press the Tarddiad button on the control panel to set the origin point.
- Adjusting Speed and Pressure: Use the control panel to set the cutting speed and pressure appropriate for your material. Test cuts are recommended to find optimal settings.
- Creating and Sending Designs: Use VinylMaster Cut to create or import your design. Ensure the design is sized correctly. Send the design to the cutter from the software.
- Proses Torri: The cutter will begin processing the design. Monitor the cutting process.
- Dadlwytho Deunydd: Once cutting is complete, press Offline/Pause, then carefully remove the cut material.

5.2. Heat Press Operation
- Pŵer Ymlaen: Turn on the heat press using the power switch.

- Teflon Sheet: Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper between the heat platen and your material to prevent residue buildup and protect the platen.
- Iro: Periodically check and lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer.

7.1. Vinyl Cutter Troubleshooting
- Cutter Not Responding: Check USB/COM cable connection, power supply, and ensure the cutter is online. Verify driver installation on your computer.
