3. Gosod

3.1 Battery Installation (TT560 Flash)

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the TT560 flash unit.

  3. Insert four (4) AA batteries (Alkaline or Ni-MH are compatible) according to the polarity indicators (+/-) inside the compartment.

3.2 Battery Installation (Wireless Remote Control)

The wireless remote control is powered by a CR2025 battery. Refer to the remote's specific instructions for battery replacement if needed.

3.3 Attaching the Flash to Your Camera

  2. Slide the hot shoe mount of the TT560 flash into your camera's hot shoe.
  3. Tighten the locking ring or lever on the flash unit to secure it to the camera's hot shoe.

4.1 Pweru Ymlaen/Diffodd

Gwasgwch y YMLAEN / I FFWRDD button on the flash unit to turn it on or off. The indicator lights will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

4.2 Modd Flash

The TT560 Flash Speedlite supports three flash modes: M, S1, and S2.

  • Modd (Llawlyfr): In this mode, you manually set the flash output level. Use the + a - buttons to adjust the power from 1/1 (full power) down to 1/128. There are 8 steps of output control.
  • S1 (Slave 1) Mode: This mode is suitable for manual flash environments. The flash will fire synchronously when the main flash fires.
  • S2 (Slave 2) Mode: This mode is suitable for TTL flash environments. The flash will ignore the pre-flash from the main flash and only fire in response to the second, actual flash.

4.3 Adjusting Flash Head Angle

The flash head can be rotated vertically from 0 to 90 degrees and horizontally from 0 to 270 degrees. This allows for bounce flash techniques, directing light off ceilings or walls for softer illumination.

4.4 Using the Hard Diffuser

The included hard diffuser softens the harsh light from the flash, reducing shadows and creating a more balanced and even illumination. Simply slide the hard diffuser over the flash head until it is securely in place.

The kit includes 12 different color filters to create various lighting effects and adjust color temperature. To use a color filter, attach it to the flash head, typically using a gel holder or by securing it with a band (not included, but often used with gels).

The wireless remote control allows you to trigger your camera's shutter remotely, preventing camera shake and ensuring sharp images. It works up to 8 meters (26 feet) away. Ensure your camera has a built-in infrared receiver for compatibility.

Note: The remote control triggers the camera's shutter, not the flash unit directly. The flash unit will fire based on its selected S1/S2 mode in conjunction with your camera's flash or another main flash.

  • Keep the flash unit and accessories clean and dry.
