2. Action Based on Space: The action you take depends on the space your token lands on:

   • EWCH: If you pass or land on "GO", collect the designated amount from the Bank.
3. Building Defenses: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can begin building Fences and then Guard Towers on them. This increases the rent collected from other players.
4. Masnachu: Players can trade properties, money, and 'Get Out of Jail Free' cards with each other at any time.

4.2 Game End

The game ends when only one player remains, having successfully bankrupted all other players. This player is declared the survivor.
