This section outlines the steps for securely mounting your Invision TV wall bracket. It is recommended to have assistance during certain stages due to the weight and size of the bracket and TV.

4.1. VESA Compatibility Check

Ensure your TV's VESA mounting pattern is compatible with the HDTV-DXL bracket. This bracket supports VESA patterns from 200x200mm up to 600mm (width) x 400mm (height).

  1. Measure the distance from the top mounting hole to the bottom mounting hole (centre to centre) for the height.
  2. Measure the distance between the two top mounting holes (centre to centre) for the width.
  3. This is your TV's VESA measurement.

Identify the ideal mounting location. Use a stud finder to locate wall studs if mounting on a wooden stud wall. For masonry or concrete walls, ensure you have the correct drill bits and wall plugs.

4.3. Attaching the Wall Plate

Position the wall plate at the desired height and use the included spirit level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill holes. Drill pilot holes according to the recommended size for your wall type. Secure the wall plate using the provided wall fixtures.

4.4. Attaching TV Brackets to TV

Carefully lay your TV face down on a soft, clean surface. Attach the vertical TV brackets to the back of your TV using the appropriate M6 or M8 screws and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure the brackets are centered and securely fastened.

4.5. Mounting the TV to the Wall Plate

With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the attached TV brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure the TV is securely seated on the wall plate. Tighten any locking screws or mechanisms to prevent accidental dislodgement.

The Invision HDTV-DXL offers full motion capabilities for an optimized viewing profiad.

5.1. Extending and Retracting

Gently pull or push the TV to extend it from the wall or retract it. The mount allows extension from a minimum of 58mm to a maximum of 500mm from the wall.

5.2. Swiveling

The mount allows for up to 160° horizontal full motion swiveling (left to right), depending on your TV size. Gently push the TV to the desired angle.

5.3. Tilting

Adjust the vertical tilt angle from -5° to +8° to eliminate glare and achieve the perfect viewing angle. The tilt mechanism can be adjusted by hand after setting the nut and bolt torque, and can also be locked in place.
