Always read and understand all instructions and warnings before using this floor jack. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

  • Use on Hard, Level Surface: Always operate the jack on a hard, level surface capable of supporting the load.
  • Use Jack Stands: This floor jack is a lifting device only. Immediately after lifting, support the vehicle with appropriate jack stands. Do not work under a vehicle supported only by a floor jack.
  • Do Not Exceed Rated Capacity: Never exceed the 4,000 lbs. (2 Ton) rated capacity of this jack.
  • Center Load on Saddle: Ensure the load is centered on the jack saddle to prevent slipping.
  • Chock Wheels: Always chock the wheels that are not being lifted.
  • Cadwch yn glir: Keep hands, feet, and other body parts clear of moving parts and pinch points.
  • Archwilio Cyn Defnydd: Before each use, inspect the jack for any damage, leaks, or loose parts. Do not use if damaged.

Before first use, or if the jack has been stored for an extended period, it is important to bleed any air from the hydraulic system to ensure proper operation. Air in the system can cause the jack to lift unevenly or not lift at all.

  1. Locate the release valve. This is typically a screw or knob that controls the lowering function.

Lifting a Vehicle:

  1. Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels that will remain on the ground.
  2. Locate the vehicle's manufacturer-recommended lifting points. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual.
  3. Position the floor jack so that the saddle is directly under the lifting point. Ensure the load is centered on the saddle.
  4. Close the release valve by turning the handle clockwise until it is firmly closed. Do not overtighten.
  5. Pump the handle up and down to raise the vehicle to the desired height. Lift only high enough to place jack stands.
  6. Immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle's designated support points.
  7. Slowly open the release valve by turning the handle counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle onto the jack stands. Once the vehicle is securely resting on the jack stands, remove the floor jack.

Lowering a Vehicle:

  1. Ensure the area around the vehicle is clear of obstructions and personnel.
  2. Position the floor jack saddle directly under the vehicle's lifting point, adjacent to the jack stands.
  3. Pump the jack handle a few times to slightly raise the vehicle off the jack stands.
  4. Carefully remove the jack stands from under the vehicle.
  5. Slowly turn the jack handle counter-clockwise to open the release valve. The vehicle will begin to lower. Control the lowering speed by adjusting how much you open the valve.
  6. Once the vehicle is fully lowered, remove the floor jack.

  • Iro: Periodically lubricate all moving parts with light machine oil.
  • Hylif Hydrolig: Check the hydraulic fluid level regularly. If low, add high-quality hydraulic jack oil. Do not use brake fluid or other types of oil.

  • Storio: Store the jack in a dry, clean place with the ram fully retracted to prevent rust and extend seal life.
  • Arolygiad: Regularly inspect for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks. If any issues are found, do not use the jack and have it serviced by qualified personnel.
